● Can I change or replace the product?

However, the delivery fee will be the customer’s responsibility. LMO will not cover or reimburse this fee. The delivery fee may vary depending on whether the shipment is local or international, and will be determined according to the delivery company's charges.

 

● Can I return the product?

Yes, you can return closed, unused products within 3 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that there is no defect or difference in the form that was previously ordered.

● What do I do if I receive a product error or my product is defective?
